“fleeting attempt
pangea body
the defeated self“
Power and fragility: Labile Pangea contains its most intimate meaning in the need to live this contrast. Powerful like all the land emerged together, like man in the moment in which he is crossed by the feeling of invincibility that accompanies him for a few moments, fragile as the illusion of being able to keep everything firmly united, defeated by the passing of time without realizing us . The out-of-control relationship between these two moods is strident in the unconscious. Madness and stillness alternate in the body that becomes the geography of the contrast.
Labile Pangea is a reflection on precariousness and on that sense of perpetual stability in which our existence slides in.
